Where is MOOS coming from?

Maybe some of you where wondering where from is the name MOOS coming. Vláďa Janeček mentioned this on one of his posts. In English It sounds like this:

Under this strange name it is hiding a practical application that can display the contents of files created in Microsoft Project. If you need a Mac application to browse the files MOOS may be the right choice.

Well MOOS is just MS (from MS Project) with glasses. Just like that: MS
